For total time. There is no rest between rounds.
2 Rounds:
- 40’ HS Walk or 5 Wall Walks
- 20 Alternating Pistols
2 Rounds:
- 10 Power Snatch @ 75% 1RM power snatch
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
2 Rounds:
- 500m Row
- 40 Ab Mat Sit Ups

Accessory Work
Alternating Tabata:
- Bottom of Ring Dip Hold
- Hollow Hold
