14 min alternating EMOM:
- Evens: 5 Back Squats from rack @ 75%
- Odds: 1 Legless Rope Climb (mod: use legs or 1/2 way climb - if you've done the "jump/wrap/hold" in past mods, try to add in one more pull this time)

21-15-9 for time:
- Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)
- Shoulder to OH (95/65)
(8 minute cap)
