Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 13 minutes of:
55 deadlifts, 225 lb./155
55 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball to 10-ft. target/14lb ball to a 9-ft target
55-calorie row
55 handstand push-ups

Accessory Work:
15 min stretching of low back, hammies, glutes, shoulders: youll be VERY glad you took the time to do this after today's WOD
