The workout for 3/2 is...

EMOM 10. Pick 2 movements with which you struggle, and alternate between them every minute, working for 30s each, resting 30s. The focus here should be on technique/skill, not heavy weight.

4 Rounds for time:
- 8 Deadlifts (205/145)
- 8 Burpee Toes to Bar
- 2 Rope Climbs (mod: 4 Jump and wrap w/ 2 sec hold)
(15 minute cap)
