The workout for 3/2  is...

Tempo/Pause Back Squats 5x3. 3 Seconds Down, 2 Second Pause, 1 Second up. Start at 70% and build only if tempo is maintained

9 minute AMRAP ladder:
- 1 Clean and Jerk (135/95)
- 1 Wall Walk
- 2 Clean and Jerks
- 2 Wall Walks
- 3, 3, 4, 4, etc.

Accessory Work:
3x400m Run at a conversational pace.
