The workout for 3/20  is...

Reminder that we are hosting two in-house comps for our GALS studetns this Thursday and Friday, both 8am - 9:30am. All are welcome to come watch!

Back Squats
3x5 @ 60%

Front Squats
3x3 using same weight
(20 min)

6 minute AMRAP
- 10 Thrusters (45/35)
- 20 Unbroken Double Unders (if you mess up/stop before 20, must start that set over)

Accessory Work:
12 Reps Strict Muscle Ups. Choose your version based on what you practiced last Tuesday or modify to assisted, negatives or strict pull ups + strict dips at the same rep scheme.
