Take 10 minutes to work up to a heavy squat clean for the day then. 

EMOM 12 Alternating:
Evens: 2 Squat Cleans at that weight. Do not need to be touch and go.
Odds: 6 Strict Ring Dips (mod by reducing # or using foot). this should take no longer than 30s

2x800m Run. Rest 3 minutes between. Goal is to stay within 5 seconds.

Accessory Work:
3 Rounds:
- 10s Hollow Hold
- 20 Bicycle Crunches (R/L =1)
- 10 Tuck Ups (V Up with bent knees)
- 10s Hollow Hold
- 1 minute rest
