The workout for 3/23 is...

Every 90s for 6 Rounds 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Push Jerk @ 50% 1RM Clean

125 KB Swings (53/35) for time:
- Every time you stop, do 10 burpees and 2 shuttle runs (down/back = 1)
(12 minute cap)
