10 min EMOM Alternating each minute:
1. 30s L-sit hold on Rings
2. 30s Hang Power Snatch (75/55)
Score: Total # of Power Snatch

-- Rest 4 minutes then --

6 minute AMRAP
- 20 Speed Skaters (total)
- 10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (or 3 Bar Muscle Ups. Mod: banded chest to bar pull ups)

-- Rest 1 min --

6 minute AMRAP
- 10 Back Squats (75/55)
- 1 Sled Push (135/95) this is just one length, facing away from the sled. Focus is on power/speed, not heavy weight
