10 min Pistol/Single Leg Squat Practice. 3 sets of 5-7 reps on each leg + 10 min muscle up practice

For time:
- 600m Run
- 10 Ring Muscle Ups (mod: jumping or assisted muscle ups or 15 Strict Pull Ups + 15 Strict Dips)
- 20 Curtis Ps (1 = Power Clean + Lunge Right + Lunge Left + Push Press) 75/55
-25 Box Jumps (30/24)
