The workout for 3/3 is...

Every 2 minutes for 6 rounds: 2x 1 Squat Clean + Split Jerk. May reset between the two reps. Start at 70% 1RM and try to build each round.

- 50 Goblet Walking Lunge (total steps) 35/25
- 40 Box Jump Overs (30/24)
- 30 Ring Rows
- 20 Thrusters (95/65)
(10 minute cap)
