RETEST: Gymnastics Benchmark #3: 3 minutes as many rope climbs as possible. Mod: Rope Drops or Rope Climb attempts. Rest 3 minutes. 3 minutes as many meters in a HS walk as possible. Total meters in 3 minutes. OR max effort handstand hold. Does not need to be wall facing.
