The workout for 3/30  is...

Every 90s for 8 Rounds. Adding weight each time, starting at 60% of your 1RM Power Clean
- 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 High Hang Power Clean (without setting bar down)

10 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 3 Push Press (95/65)
- 3 Med Ball Clean Wall Balls (20/14)
- 3 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
- 6, 6, 6, 9, 9, 9, etc.

*Accessory Work: 400m Farmer's Carry not for time. Try to maintain steady pace the whole time and not set weights down.
