EMOM 9 Alternating
Minute 1: 3 Manmakers (choose weight)
Minute 2: 30s Side Plank Left
Minute 3: 30s Side Plank Right

5 Rounds for time:
- 8 Overhead Squats (135/95)
- 12 Pull Ups (mod: Ring Rows w/2 sec hold each)
- 16 Burpees

STRETCHES: SHOULDERS and HIPS
