Benchmark #3: Gymnastics.
Choose from one of the following gymnastics skills and record accurately your score.
- Pull Ups (Max Strict or Max Kipping Unbroken)
- Toes to Bar (Max Unbroken)
- Muscle Ups (Max Strict or Max Kipping Unbroken)
- Handstand Push Ups (Max Strict or Max Kipping Unbroken)
- Handstand Walks (5 attempts at a max distance)
- Rope Climbs (3 Reps for time)

For time:
- 25 Deadlifts (200/135) buy in, then 5 Rounds
- 20 OH Plate Walking Lunges (total reps) 35/25
- 200m Run then
- 25 Deadlifts (200/135)
(18 minute cap)

*Accessory Work: 100 Russian Twists. Total reps
