The workout for 3/7 is...

3x2 Turkish Get Ups with a barbell. 2 reps Right, then 2 reps Left per round. Try to add weight. If very new to this movement, use a KB or DB.

For time: 2-4-6-8-10-8-6-4-2
- Push Press (95/65)
- KB Swings
- Lateral Burpees
- V Ups
