The workout for 3/9 is...

1- 1/4 Front or Back Squats. 6 Sets of 3 reps starting at 70% of your 1RM and adding each round. Choose based on your benchmark for this cycle.

11 minute AMRAP
1000m Run Buy In, then in remaining time:
As many rounds as possible of:

- 3 Goblet Squats (53/35)
- 10 double unders (2x singles)
- 6 Goblet Squats
- 20 double unders (2x singles)
- 9, 30 doubles, 12, 40 doubles, keep adding 3 to Goblet Squats and 10 to double unders until time is up
