800m Run. Rest 2 min. 600m Run. Rest 1 min. 400m Run. Record all 3 times. (may choose to row if you prefer.)

8 minute AMRAP:
- 8 HSPU (mod: banded or regular push ups)
- 8 Step Ups Right (goblet 35/25) 24/20
- 8 Step Ups Left (goblet 35/25) 24/20
Rest 2 min then
