The workout for 4/10  is...

3x5 Bench Press @ 75% of 1RM. On last set, go for max reps.
After each set, do one set of max effort push ups
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

*For time:
- 30 Toes to Bar
- 30 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 30 Burpees
*Every minute on the minute, starting at 0:00, do 2 Squat Cleans @ 70% of your 1RM
(13 minute cap)

Accessory Work:
- 40 GHD Hip Extensions for quality.
