The workout for 4/11  is...

Alternating Tabata:
- Kipping Swings
- Handstand Holds (or HS Walks)

3 Rounds for time:
- 400m Run
- 25 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 7 KB Clean and Jerk Right (53/35)
- 7 KB Clean and Jerk Left (53/35) 22 minute cap

Accessory Work:
- 1 min Samson Stretch Each Side
- 2 min side plank hold each side
- 1 min chest opening on the wall each side
