The workout for 4/12 is...

Every 1:30 for 7 Rounds: Clean Complex = 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 High Hang Power Clean + 1 Split Jerk. Start at 65% your 1RM and try to add each round.

12 minute AMRAP:
- 10 Med Ball Sit Ups (20/14)
- 20 Med Ball Cleans
- 200m Run

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Foam Roll Lats/Chest
