The workout for 4/12  is...

Every 2 minutes for 10 Rounds (20 min):
- 1 Power Snatch + 2 BTN Jerks + 3 OHS. Choose a weight you can do SAFELY and with full ROM each time. Start @ 50% 1RM OHS and build each round if possible.

10 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 10 Double Unders
- 10 Ab Mat Sit Ups
- 20 DU, 20 Sit Ups, 30, 30, 40, 40, etc.

Accessory Work:
- 3x12 Barbell Roll Outs
