The workout for 4/13 is...

EMOM 16: Pick 1 Gymnastics skill from your benchmark. You will work this for 30s during even minutes. During odd minutes 1 Squat Snatch + 4 Overhead Squats (you choose weight)

For time:
- 50 Air Squats
- 40 Lateral Burpees
- 30 Pull Ups (mod: ring rows)
- 20 Power Snatch (95/65)
(14 minute cap)

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Foam Roll Lats/Glutes
