The workout for 4/14 is...

Deficit Deadlifts 3x8. Standing on 45# plate. Start with 85% of your 1RM Hang Power Clean and try to add each set if form is maintained. After each set, do 6 candlesticks. (10 min)

3 Rounds for time:
- 400m Run
- 20 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Sit Ups
Cash Out: 150 Double Unders (or 300 singles)
(20 min cap)

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Foam Roll LOW BACK AND HIP FLEXORS
