EMOM 25
Minute 1. 5 Strict Ring Dips (mod: use foot and make challenging)
Minute 2,. 1 Hang Squat Clean + 2 Pause Front Squats @ 70% 1RM Clean
Minute 3. 5 False Grip Strict Pull Ups on Rings or 15 Kipping Swings on Rings
Minute 4. 5 Snatch Grip Deadlifts using same weight from above
Minute 5. 75m Overhead Plate Carry (35/25)
