The workout for 4/15 is...


12 minutes to find a heavy double hang power clean

15 minute AMRAP Ladder:
- 3 Front Squats (95/65)
- 3 Shoulder to Overhead
- HS Walk 15' or 2 Wall Walks
- 6 Front Squats
- 6 Shoulder to OH
- 15' or 2 WW, keep adding 3 reps to Front Squats/S2OH and keep HS walks/Wall Walks at the same.

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Couch Stretch + Banded Lat Pull
