The workout for 4/18  is...

4x5 Deadlifts. Start at 110% of your 1RM Clean and build only if form doesn’t break down. (15 minutes)

2 minutes to row as many calories as possible.

Rest 2 minutes then:

6 minute AMRAP
- 6 KB Thrusters Right (53/35)
- 6 KB Thrusters Left
- 12 Slam Balls (30/20)

Rest 2 minutes then:

2 minutes to do as many double unders as possible

Accessory work:
Banded Side Steps: 2x down/back in each direction.
