Tabata: Push Ups (count total reps) Use mod from "Angie"

13 minute AMRAP:
- 100 Double Under Buy in (mod: 2:30 min practice) then
- 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Plate OH Lunges (35/25) Total Reps

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Chest Opening Against Wall + LAX Ball in Chest
