The workout for 4/20 is...

Split Squats 2x8 (8 Right, then 8 Left) Using barbell on your back
Then 3x4 Tempo Strict Pull Ups or Ring Rows (3 seconds up, 1 second down)
(15 min)

For time:
- 750m Row
- 60 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 15 Clean and Jerks (165/115)
(20 min cap)

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Pigeon/Glutes + Foam Roll Hammies/Quads
