Bench Press Negatives. Load bar with 115% of your 1RM and complete 3 sets of 3 negatives. Taking 6-8 seconds down and have your partner assist your bar back up.

- Alternating Plate Push Ups (push up with one hand on plate, walk to the other side, push up with other hand on plate, etc.) (45/35). Score is total reps
Rest 2 minutes

- KB Swings (72/53) Score is total reps
Rest 2 minutes

Tabata
- Alternating Pistols. Mod: assisted. Score is total reps

- 100 Total Sore Muffin Tops over Kettlbell
