EMOM 7: 3 Touch and Go Deadlifts. Start at your Hang Power Clean 1RM and add weight each round.
4 Rounds each for time. Rest 1 min between rounds
- 12 Slam Balls (40/30)
- 2 Rope Climb (mod: 4 jump to wrap/hold for 3 sec)
- 200m Run
