The workout for 4/25 is...

EMOM 5: 1 Squat Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Split Jerk. All sets at 75% 1RM Clean
Rest 1 min then
EMOM 5: 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Power Clean + 1 Split Jerk. Same weight as above

For time:
30-20-10
- Air Squats
- Push Ups (mod: same as "angie")
- Pull Ups (mod: Ring Rows)
- Run 200m After each round
(17 minute cap)
