The workout for 4/26 is...
|Pick your benchmark gymnastics skill for which you found a max effort set. Then take 2 minutes to find a new max effort. Rest 1 minute then EMOM 5, 30s work/reps on that movement for quality. Rest 1 minute, then 2 minutes to find a max effort again.

|- 25 Unbroken DUs (if you stop before 25, you must start the set over. Mod: either pick a goal # of Double Unders or a Goal # of singles to hit each time unbroken).|
