The workout for 4/27...

EMOM 7: 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 OHS. You choose weight. May add each round, but focus is on technique/quick drop under the bar.

1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8 for time:
- KB Snatch Right (53/35)
- KB OH Lunge (hold on right, lunge with left)
- KB Snatch Left (35/35)
- KB OH Lunge (hold on left, lunge with right)
- Ring Dips (mod: jump to top, control down 1-2 secs with foot)
(15 minute cap)
