EMOM 7: 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 2 OHS. You choose weight. May add each round, but focus is on technique/quick drop under the bar.

|- KB OH Lunge (hold on right, lunge with left)|
|- KB Snatch Left (35/35)|
|- KB OH Lunge (hold on left, lunge with right)|
|- Ring Dips (mod: jump to top, control down 1-2 secs with foot)|
