Tabata: Alternating Hollow Hold/Arch Hold (superman)

2 rounds for reps in each round
Minute 0-3:00
- Complete 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups, then as many Power Cleans as Possible in remaining time (135/95)
Minute 3:00 - 6:00
- Complete 30 Ab Mat Sit Ups, then as many shoulder to overhead as possible (135/95)

Rest 3 minutes between rounds

You will have 2 scores: Cleans + Shoulder to OH in each round.

10 minutes stretching/mobility!! Yes, this is part of the WOD today.
STRETCH: Pec/Chest Stretch on wall or rig, hamstrings/glutes.
