The workout for 4/29...

EMOM 10 Alternating:
- 10 pistols (5R/5L). Mod is a single leg squat down to bench/box
- 30s L Sit hold on Rings

8 minute AMRAP Ladder
2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc. adding 2 reps each round
- Strict Pull Ups (mod: banded)
- Front Squats (165/115) taken from the ground
No rest right into
- 40 Burpees for time

STRETCH: Couch stretch and pigeon.
