The workout for 4/5 is...

BENCHMARK DAY 2
"Angie"
For time:
- 100 Pull Ups
- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Sit Ups
- 100 Air Squats
(25 min cap)

Mod: 20 min AMRAP:
- 10 Pull Ups (mod: jumping pull ups from 6" below bar)
- 10 Push Ups (bench/bar/wall - note which height mod you use)
- 10 Sit ups
- 10 Air Squats

Post WOD 3 rounds for quality
- 10 Empty Barbell Good mornings
- 30s Handstand hold
- 30s Lat Band Hold each side

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Foam Roll Lats/Chest
