The workout for 4/6  is...

3x8 Deficit Deadlifts. These should be touch and go.

7 minute AMRAP
- 20 Slam Balls (40/30)
- 20 Jumping Lunges (total)
- 20 Alternating KBSnatch (53/35)
Rest 3 minutes then for time:
- 30 Slam Balls
- 40 Jumping Lunges
- 50 Alternating KB Snatch

Accessory Work:
1 min V Ups
1 min Plank Hold
1 min V ups
No Rest between minutes
