BENCHMARK DAY 3

20 min Gymnastics Skill Work.

First 10 min: choose from the following to find/record: Max effort (that is the max # of reps without stopping) of: kipping/butterfly pull ups, handstand push ups, strict pull ups, muscle ups, toes to bar, kipping swings, handstand hold,ring rows, static bar hang. This is a one-time, max effort attempt.

Next 10 minutes. Pick another gymnastics movement you want to work on and practice some skill work for that every minute on the minute for 8 minutes.

4 Rounds for time:
- 5 Power Snatch (135/95)
- 15 Toes to Bar
- 30 Double Unders (1 min)

SUGGESTED STRETCHES: Couch Stretch + Banded Lat Pull
