The workout for 5/1  is...

Depth Jump Complex
- Pick 3 increasing heights. Do 15 Reps.
Seated Box Jumps
- Do 15 Reps

3 Rounds for total Reps:
1 minute: Air Squats
1 minute: DB Push Press
1 minute: Burpee Broad Jumps
1 minute Rest
(11 minutes)

Accessory Work:
- Tabata: Hold Push Up 1" off ground. If this is too challenging, do a reverse tabata (work 10s, rest 20s)
