The workout for 5/10 is...

EMOM 10: 1 Snatch Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang High Pull + 1 Power or Squat Snatch (choose whichever needs the most technique work). All sets no heavier than 70%

12 minute AMRAP
- 10 Alternating Front Rack Lunges in place (135/95) 5R/5L
- 20 V Ups
- 30 Double Unders (mod: 60 singles)

STRETCH: Adductor Wall Stretch, LAX ball into traps
