8x 200m Run. Rest 1 minute. Record each time. Goal is to stay within 3 seconds of each interval.

3 Rounds for Quality
- 30s L Sit Hold on Rings
- 15 GHD Hip Extensions
- 7 Strict Chin Ups (weighted or banded)

Accessory Work:
- 3x30 Hollow Rocks
