3 Rounds for time:
- 10 Bar Facing Burpees
- 15 Knees to Elbows
- 10 Bar Facing Burpees
- 15 Push Press (95/65)

Rest 3 minutes then for time:

- 30 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
- 100' HS Walk (mod: 10 Wall Walks or 100 Shoulder taps/hand-weight shifting total in HS)

You will have 2 separate scores.

Accessory Work:
- Accumulate 3 minutes in the bottom of a front squat with an empty bar.
