The workout for 5/15 is...

Memorial Day "Murph" and Hang Out! Join us on Monday, May 29th for class at 9am or 10:30am where we will do the traditional workout "Murph." Then we will hang at the gym, eat yummy food, drink yummy drinks and have a grand ol' time! more info to come!
