2x6 Front Squat @ 70% 1RM
2x10 Back Squat using same weight
(15 minutes)

6 minute AMRAP:
- 2/1 Rope Climb (Mod: jump, wrap and hold 5 seconds x 2)
- 10 Burpee Broad Jumps
-- Rest 2 minutes --
6 minute AMRAP:
- 75m Run
- 10 Push Press (95/65)
