7x 1Power Clean + 1 High Hang Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk. Try to add weight each time. Starting at 60% of your 1RM Clean
(15 minutes from start of first rep)

35 Russian KBS (72/53)
35 Pull Ups
35 Air Squats
35 Push Ups
35 Goblet Squats (72/53)
35 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
