The workout for 5/18 is...


Turkish Get Ups with KB. EMOM 6 1 Right + 1 Left. Choose weight.
(this should be light enough to complete both reps in under 40 secs)

With an 18 minute clock, run 800 or row 1000m, then in remaining time as many rounds as possible of:
20 Walking Lunges total
5 Ring Muscle Ups (mod: jumping/assisted muscle ups OR 10 strict ring dips)
10 Deadlifts (225/155)

Stretch: LAX Ball in Chest, Foam Roll Hammies/Glutes
