3 Rounds for Reps:
- 60s work, 30s rest/transition
1. Burpees
2. Lateral Box Jumps (24/20)
3. Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
4. Calorie Row
(18 minutes)

Accessory Work:
3 Rounds, no rest between
- 1 min side plank left
- 1 min side plank right
