2 min: As many strict toes to bar as possible (mod: knee raises, no kip)
rest 2 minutes
2 minutes: As many HSPU as possible (mod: regular push ups or piked on box/bench if close to HSPU)

12 Power Snatch (115/75)
200m Run
15 Push Press (115/75)
50 Double Unders (1 min practice)
21 Deadlifts(115/75)
200m Row
Rest 1 min, add weight
6 Power Snatch (135/95)
200m Run
9 Push Press (135/95)
50 Double Unders (1 min practice)
15 Deadlifts(135/95)
200m Row
