The workout for 5/2  is...

Squat Snatch Ladder (Mod: Power Snatch) For time:
- 8 reps @ 50% 1RM
- 6 reps @ 60%
- 4 reps @ 70%
- 2 reps @ 80%
- 1 rep @ 90+%
- 2 reps @ 80%
- 4 reps @ 70%
- 6 reps @ 60%
- 8 reps @ 50% 1RM
(16 minute cap)

- Rest 4 minutes -
4 minutes As Many HSPU as possible. Mod: Piked HSPU

Accessory Work:
- 3x30 Ab Rotations on GHD (think Russian twists with PVC pipe on back, rotating side to side). 40 reps total.
